Welcome to Emotions Events, By using our services and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with our services.
Eligibility
To use Emotions Events services, you must meet the following criteria- You must be at least 21 years of age
- You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Minors are strictly prohibited from using the service. The service is intended for individuals who are at least eighteen 18 years old. By accessing or using the service, you affirm that you meet the age requirement and possess the full authority and capacity to agree to and comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms. If you are not at least eighteen 18 years old, you are not allowed to access or use the service.
By reviewing and accepting these terms and conditions, you affirm that you meet the age requirement and that all information you furnish to us, including your personal details, is honest and precise.
Clients
- Clients have to provide accurate information during the consultation with mentioning clearly and special requests or preferences
- It is advisable to carry identification at all times, as it may be requested by authorities at various venues.
- Clients also adhere to payment schedules and terms as outlined in their contract
Clients have to recognize that the content, including photographs and images, displayed on our website serves solely for informational purposes and should not be considered a comprehensive portrayal of our proposal packages.
We, as proposal planners, retain all intellectual property rights to the ideas and designs presented to the client during the course of our collaboration. The client agrees not to share, replicate, or engage another company to implement these ideas and designs without our explicit written consent. In the event of a breach of this agreement, we reserve the right to pursue legal action, including the right to seek damages through a lawsuit
Emotions Events maintains exclusive affiliations with venues, necessitating that all suppliers align with our partners’ requisites and anticipations. Nonetheless, under specific circumstances, Emotions Events may consider exceptions, but in such cases, you bear the sole responsibility for acquiring requisite permits and venue permissions. Emotions Events assumes no liability for these supplementary suppliers
You commit to refraining from making defamatory or negative comments about Emotions Events or any of our team members online. In the event of such actions, we reserve the right to pursue legal action in accordance with the stringent defamation laws of the UAE
Vendors and Suppliers
Every vendor collaborating with us on the proposal package has its unique set of regulations, requirements, and obligations that you are expected to adhere to.
On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes in our vendor lineup. In such instances, we will promptly inform you about the replacement vendor’s details. Please note that such changes do not entitle you to a refund, but we may consider accommodating an alternative proposal as determined by our company.
While we strive to deliver the proposal exactly as described in your invoice and itinerary, our vendors reserve the right to make setup adjustments related to health and safety without prior notice. In such cases, we will endeavor to provide an alternative proposal setting that closely aligns with your original vision
Emotions Events does not assume any responsibility for goods supplied by third parties, as these are the responsibility of the client
If the client planned to enhance the proposal plan by including extra suppliers after payment, the feasibility of such additions depends on the specific vendors and the venue’s policies. In the event that the venue cannot accommodate the additional suppliers, the proposal planner will make efforts to locate an alternative venue. This may include additional fees due to the change of venue.
If the client intend to add entertainment service to the proposal arrangement after the initial booking, Emotions Events would not guarantee it as its contingent upon venue suitability and compliance with DTCM and government regulations. Kindly anticipate additional expenses associated with this request as well.
n cases where external suppliers such as musicians or photographers are engaged, their services are reserved for a duration of 1 hour commencing from your itinerary’s designated start time, unless alternative arrangements have been made. Please ensure timely arrival, as these times cannot be extended on the evening
Supplementary Offerings
Should you wish to conduct a site inspection before your proposal or schedule a meeting with a Proposal Planner, please be aware that each visit incurs an additional charges.
We accept postal deliveries; however, only items that have paid applicable duties and taxes and do not entail additional delivery charges will be accepted.
Emotions Events will not be held liable for any personal item losses
Weather, sudden conditions & un-seen situation
In the event of adverse weather conditions leading to vendor cancellations, Emotions Events retains the authority to reschedule or modify a proposal. Should inclement weather ensue, we will work to provide substitution solutions depends on the proposal case. It is essential to acknowledge that proposal dates cannot be altered due to weather circumstances on the client’s part.
While we consistently endeavor to realize your preferred setup, sudden situations, be it safety concerns or weather conditions, may necessitate adjustments on the day. In such instances, rest assured that we will ensure an equivalent level of proposal quality.
In the uncommon event that our public proposals at non-exclusive venues require dismantling by security, law enforcement, or any relevant authorities, we will promptly disassemble the setup. By using our services, you acknowledge and understand this potential scenario, and you consent to the understanding that no refund or compensation will be offered in such cases.
In the event of uncontrollable circumstances, such as border closures, Covid-19-related regulations, pandemics, civil unrest, or strikes, the rescheduling of your proposal may be considered at the discretion of the vendors, provided a minimum of 10 days’ notice is provided. However, it’s crucial to note that 30% of the proposal fee is not refundable.
In the unfortunate circumstance where the response is ‘no,’ all payments made to Emotions Events and vendors are non-refundable
In the event of illness or injury during a proposal, you agree not to initiate legal proceedings against Emotions Events.
All setups are conducted with utmost care. Any charges incurred for damages to the hotel property or any private venue are not the responsibility of Emotions Events
Timing and Presence
If the client is late or unable to attend a scheduled proposal, regardless of the cause, it will result in the forfeiture of the entire proposal package, including entertainment, photography or any extra services , and the client will forfeit all payments made for the proposal package.
Your proposal arrangements are meticulously scheduled with specific start and end times. It is paramount to adhere to these designated timings to prevent the forfeiture of payments, services, and the proposal setup.
Your agreement encompasses adherence to the times delineated in your proposal itinerary. Your proposal has a defined start and end time and cannot be extended on the day. Lateness in arrival will not extend your departure time
Payments & Cancellation
All invoices must be paid in dirhams only via bank transfer or payment link.
Booking Confirmation: A proposal planning service is considered booked and reserved only upon the receipt of 50% of a non-refundable booking fee, at least three weeks before the event. The amount of this fee will be communicated to the client during the booking process
The total service fee, including any additional charges for customizations, must be paid in full by the client according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in the cancellation of the service
The rest of 50% of the confirmed booking has to be paid one week before the event.
If the client wishes to cancel the proposal planning service, the following conditions apply:
Cancellation more three weeks before the scheduled proposal date: 50% of the total service fee will be refunded. Cancellation one week or less before the scheduled proposal date: No refund will be provided
If the client wishes to reschedule the proposal date, Emotions Events can accommodate the new date, the client may do so with occurring additional fees. However, rescheduling is subject to availability and should be discussed with Emotions Events.
For select proposals involving the rental of items through Emotions Events, a security deposit may be requested with a valid identification like ID or passport copy, This deposit will be refunded the following day, provided that the items are returned in the same condition as they were delivered. In cases of dry hire rentals, you bear the responsibility to ensure the items remain undamaged, as any damage will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
Kindly note that the prices we provide are subject to change without advance notice, as this is contingent upon the discretion of our vendors. This is particularly pertinent during holiday periods such as Valentine’s Day, Eid, and Christmas.
If the quoted price experiences any alterations subsequent to the initial proposal, Emotions Events will forward an invoice details
Photography and Videography
We commit to providing top-tier photography/videography services to our clients by engaging the finest photographers/videographers in Dubai. These professionals have been meticulously vetted and possess a wealth of expertise in capturing every significant moment of your proposal. Expect the resulting images and videos to exemplify the highest standards of quality. The client has the right to go through past pictures and videos to ensure the quality and taking the full responsibility of the pictures when agreed on the provided photography/ videography service.
If, for any reason, the Client expresses dissatisfaction with the images or videos, please note that no refunds can be issued.
All images and videos will undergo professional editing and will be delivered to the Client no later than 12 days after the proposal date.
If the Client requires further image editing beyond the scope of the initial photography/videography package, additional charges will apply
